We do not use client call recordings or transcripts to train AI models.

  • AI transcription: call recordings may be sent to Deepgram, Inc. for AI-powered transcription processing. Audio is transmitted securely and is not retained by Deepgram beyond the processing request.
  • Integrations: when you connect CaseRescue to third-party platforms (e.g., CRMs, phone systems), data may be shared as necessary to facilitate the integration at your direction.
  • Legal requirements: when required by law, regulation, or legal process.
  • Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with prior notice to affected users.
