CaseRescue provides AI-powered communication and automation solutions for businesses, including but not limited to:

• ›Compliance AI: automated compliance monitoring and reporting
• ›Call recording and transcription services
• ›Integration with third-party platforms and CRM systems

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time with reasonable notice.

03Subscription, Billing, and Payment

Our services are offered on a monthly subscription basis with custom pricing determined per client based on the specific services provided. Annual billing options are also available.

Monthly billing: subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly cycle. Payment is due at the beginning of each billing period.

Annual billing: clients may opt for annual billing where available. Annual subscriptions are billed upfront for the full year.

Custom pricing: pricing is tailored to each client based on services selected and usage requirements. Pricing details are outlined in your individual service agreement.

Late payments: failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of services.

04User Responsibilities and Acceptable Use

You agree to:

• ›Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• ›Use the services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• ›Not use the services for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose

• ›Not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the platform

05Intellectual Property

All content, technology, software, trademarks, and materials associated with CaseRescue are the exclusive property of Case Rescue LLC or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the services for your internal business purposes during the term of your subscription. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our platform without prior written consent.

06Data and Call Recordings

CaseRescue stores call recordings and transcripts generated through the use of our services. This data is stored solely for the client's use and is not shared with, sold to, or accessed by third parties unless required by law. You retain ownership of your data. We act as a data processor on your behalf. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details on data handling practices.

07Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Case Rescue LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. The services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

08Disclaimers

Results achieved through the use of CaseRescue services may vary. Past performance does not guarantee future outcomes. CaseRescue does not provide legal, financial, or compliance advice. Users should consult with appropriate professionals before making business decisions based on information provided through our services.

09Termination and Cancellation

Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice as specified in the individual service agreement. Upon termination:

• ›Access to the platform will be revoked at the end of the current billing period
• ›You may request export of your data within 30 days of termination
• ›Outstanding balances remain due and payable

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms immediately and without notice.

10Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in courts of competent jurisdiction.

11Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Your continued use of the services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify clients of material changes.
